Does Hola Tienda guarantee that I will sell or get customers?
No, and we prefer to be honest: we do not promise sales or guaranteed results. We do give you the technology, the design and the promotion tools so that, with your effort, you reach your goal.
→Can my assistant sell for me?
Yes. With the Smart Sales extension it builds the order with your customer from your catalog. You only confirm the money arrived and ship.
→When is a token spent?
Each time the AI generates or regenerates an image it uses 1 token. Generating text with AI is free and unlimited. If you are registered, you get 5 free tokens every day.
→What happens if my page expires and I do not renew?
Your page is not deleted: it is deactivated until you activate the Web Hosting extension. You do not lose your account either.
→Does Hola Tienda process the payment?
No. Your customer pays to your business account or QR. The assistant reads the receipt, but the final confirmation of the payment is yours.
