See your Assistants' views and conversions in Analytics
· One min read
The Analytics page no longer shows only what happens with your web pages: it now also tells you how your AI Assistants are doing, separately.
What is counted
- A view every time someone opens your assistant: through its link, inside a site where you embedded it, or from your web page's bubble.
- A conversion the first time that person interacts: they type, speak, or pick an option from your decision tree.
- If your assistant is linked to a web page, its views and conversions are added to that page. If it is not linked to any page, they are added to the assistant itself.
- Each person counts once per browser, so reloading does not inflate your numbers.
- Your own visits do not count, and neither do those of people with collaborator access to your page or assistant.
What it looks like
The Historical: Views vs Conversions chart now shows four lines: page views, page conversions, assistant views and assistant conversions. Below it, the best and worst results ranking appears in two boxes: Web Pages and AI Assistants.
