The extension we teased as "coming soon" is now live: Decision Tree, to guide your visitors down a controlled path of questions and options before the generative AI replies.

What's it for?​

Your Smart Assistant already handles open-ended questions well. But sometimes you'd rather the conversation follow a fixed script — for example, to qualify a visitor, route them to the right area of your business, or capture a specific piece of data without leaving it up to the AI. That's exactly what Decision Tree is for.

With the extension active ($80,000 COP / $30 USD per month, includes Opportunities):

  • Design a flow of questions with multiple-choice buttons that your visitors tap through instead of typing.
  • Capture specific data (like an email) with its own validation before continuing.
  • Automatically change an opportunity's status or add tags to it, without the visitor noticing.
  • Redirect to an external URL, open your WhatsApp directly, or even hand the conversation off to another one of your assistants.
  • End the flow with a closing message of your own.

It's all built visually from its own canvas in your assistant's admin bar — no code required.

How does it combine with the generative AI?​

While the tree is running, the generative AI doesn't step in — the visitor only sees the questions and options you configured. As soon as the tree finishes (it reaches a closing step, or the visitor drifts off-script), the conversation continues normally with your assistant, as if nothing had changed.
