The Decision Tree now works on WhatsApp too

If you have the Decision Tree extension active and your assistant is connected to your own WhatsApp Business, the guided flow you designed now runs there too — not just in your website's chat.

What changes​

Before, a visitor who wrote to you on WhatsApp skipped the decision tree entirely and talked directly to the generative AI. Now they go through the exact same flow you configured: the same questions, in the same order, with the same actions once it finishes (changing an opportunity's status, redirecting to a URL, handing the conversation off to another assistant, etc.).

What it looks like on WhatsApp​

Multiple-choice questions don't arrive as plain text for the visitor to type an answer to — they show up as native WhatsApp buttons or lists, so they can just tap, exactly like on the web chat.
