Writing a good knowledge base for your Smart Assistant no longer depends only on you. Boty can now write it, improve it, or complete it for you, in a couple of clicks.

Business Context: the most important field of all​

The Business Context field (previously "Instructions") is the only source of truth your assistant uses to answer — if something isn't there, your assistant would rather say "I don't have that information" than make something up. That's why it now:

  • Is required to save.
  • Has a tip reminding you of its importance, and a character counter.
  • Auto-fills from an uploaded PDF when it's empty.

"Generate with AI" and "Improve with AI"​

On Business Context, Additional Information, Links and Quick Messages you'll find a button that says "Generate with AI" (if the field is empty) or "Improve with AI" (if you already wrote something). One click and Boty writes or polishes that content for you, using what it already knows about your business.

Not happy with the result? The "Revert" button shows up right next to it and gives you back exactly what you had before.

For Links, Boty scans your business context and only recognizes links you actually mentioned there (your Instagram, your WhatsApp, your catalog) — it never makes one up.

This generation doesn't use up your token balance: it's part of the tool, at no extra cost.
