Your Assistant can now capture your customers' data without a form
New capability inside the Opportunities extension: turn on smart capture and your Assistant will detect, right within the normal conversation, the contact details your visitors are already giving you — without ever interrupting them with a questionnaire.
How does it work?
When a visitor writes something like "I'm Ana, my email is ana@example.com" in the middle of a normal conversation, your Assistant already picked up on that to reply well — now, with smart capture on, it also saves that data automatically to the matching opportunity, with no need to set up a specific decision-tree question for it.
Your Assistant also gets instructed to look for natural, casual moments in the conversation to ask about whatever data is still missing — never as a survey, never interrupting what the visitor is actually asking you.
You choose what gets captured
From your assistant's Opportunities settings, you pick exactly which fields the AI is allowed to capture: name, last name, email, phone, address, document number, or any custom text field you've created. The basic fields are enabled by default, and you can add or remove whichever ones you want at any time.
A human always has the final say
If you or your team already edited an opportunity's data by hand, the AI will never overwrite it — it only fills in whatever is still empty, or whatever the AI itself had filled in before.
Available with the Opportunities extension active ($17,000 COP / $6 USD per month). More details in Smart Assistant and Extensions.
