Your Smart Assistant now has extensions — the first one is Opportunities

Just like your website has paid extensions (Web Hosting, Custom Domain, Custom Theme), your Smart Assistant now has them too. The first one available is Opportunities, to capture and manage leads straight from your assistant's conversations.

Extensions for your assistant​

From your assistant's admin bar, the new Extensions 🧩 button shows you the extensions available for it — same way it already works in your website's editor, but contracted independently for each assistant.

Opportunities: capture leads from the chat​

With the Opportunities extension active ($17,000 COP / $6 USD per month):

  • Any conversation with an interested visitor can turn into a business opportunity, with name, contact info and whatever data you define.
  • Customize what information to ask for: document types, follow-up statuses, tags, and your own business-specific custom fields.
  • Invite an advisor to manage your opportunities without giving them access to your assistant's full configuration.
  • Request files from your visitors straight from the chat whenever you need to.
  • Review and follow up on all your opportunities from the Customers tab in your account.

Coming soon: Decision Tree​

A second extension is already on the way, Decision Tree ($80,000 COP / $30 USD per month), to guide your visitors down predefined paths before the generative AI replies — includes Opportunities.
