Your assistant is born with its own profile picture

When you create an assistant, it now gets a profile picture and a gender that fit its name and your business right away. You no longer start with a random image.

How it is chosen

When you create the assistant you tell us its name and what your business is about. With that, Hola Tienda picks one of 11 default pictures: 5 women, 5 men and 1 neutral robot.

• If the name is clearly female or male (for example Sofía or Andrés), it picks a picture of that gender that goes with your kind of business: a younger one for fashion and beauty, a more formal one for consulting and finance, a warm one for restaurants and neighborhood shops, and so on.
• If the name does not point to a gender (for example Nova or Aura) or no picture fits, the assistant gets the neutral robot picture.

The assistant's gender is set to match the chosen picture.

Change it whenever you want

In the assistant settings (Identity tab) and in the picture step of the quick setup guide there is a new tab, Defaults, with the 11 thumbnails and the one in use marked. Tap another to change it (the gender changes with it).

The other two options are still there:

• Generate: creates an avatar with the avatar library.
• Upload: loads your own picture. This tab now opens empty and more compact, so you do not have to remove the previous picture before uploading another.

Assistants you already had keep their current picture.
