A better business description from the very first step of creating your Assistant
Creating your Smart Assistant now starts off on the right foot: the field where you describe your business is now required, and Boty can enrich it for you before saving.
Why it matters from step one
What you write there becomes your Assistant's Business Context directly — the only source of truth it uses to answer your customers. Before, it could be left almost empty; now:
- It's required, with a 50-character minimum.
- It has the same counter and limit (2000 characters) you already know from the Knowledge base.
"Improve with AI" right from creation
Just below it, a "Improve with AI" checkbox appears, on by default. If you leave it checked, Boty takes what you wrote and rewrites it more completely and in more detail before saving it with the rest of your Assistant — always in first person, as if your own business were speaking ("we are...", "we offer..."), with at least 500 characters of real content. If anything fails, it saves exactly what you typed — it never blocks creation.
This same improvement also applies to the "Improve with AI" button on Business Context in the Knowledge base: results are now more complete and speak in first person.
