We simplified the payment and verification process in Hola Tienda: fewer steps, fewer clicks, and more direct access to your account.

Pay with Nequi using your linked WhatsApp

If you logged in with your WhatsApp number, you can now pay with Nequi using that same number in one click, without having to type it again.

Automatic code verification

You no longer need to click "Verify" after typing the code sent to you via WhatsApp or email. As soon as you complete the 6 digits, Hola Tienda confirms it automatically.

Instant purchase

If you add a new payment method and it's the only one available, the purchase happens right away, with no extra confirmation step.

Direct access to "My Account"

The My Account button now takes you straight to where you need to go: if you have a single page, you land directly in its editor; if you have several, you see the list to choose from; and if you haven't logged in yet, we ask you to do that first.
