Your Decision Tree can now think for itself

Hola Tienda

The Decision Tree gets two new capabilities: a node that uses AI to fill in data or reply on its own, and conditions that make the tree follow one branch or another based on what it already knows about the visitor.

The new Prompt (AI) node

Until now, every node in the tree did exactly what you configured, with no room for interpretation. The new Prompt (AI) node is different: you give it a short instruction in your own words, and the AI resolves it using whatever data the opportunity already has at that point in the conversation.

You can use it to:

  • Classify the visitor (for example, whether they're buying for personal use or for their business).
  • Summarize what they're asking for in one sentence.
  • Estimate a value from what they wrote (like an approximate budget).
  • Give them a direct reply, written by the AI using everything it already knows about them.

You can save the result into an opportunity field, or show it to the visitor as a message. And you choose when it runs: right away, or after waiting for the visitor's reply to a question of yours — so the AI has real information to work with instead of guessing.

If you set a default value, that's what gets used whenever the AI can't determine a valid one, so the field never ends up with an incorrect answer.

Conditions between sibling nodes

Nodes coming out of the same point in the tree can now have their own conditions. The tree checks the data the opportunity already has and automatically follows whichever branch's condition matches — without the visitor having to choose anything or answer one more question.

For example: if the budget you captured is above a certain amount, you can send them down one path; otherwise, down another.
