View all tagsYour assistant can be born in two ways: from the setup guide (you pick one of 4 use cases) or together with your website (it is created on its own when the AI builds your site). Here is the exact scope of each one, so you can choose the one that fits your business best.
Your assistant can now charge shipping by the weight of the order, tell the customer which carrier takes it and in how many days, and offer alternatives when there is more than one rate for their city.
When a product in your catalog comes in several colors, the assistant no longer just names them: it shows them.
When you create an assistant, it now gets a profile picture and a gender that fit its name and your business right away. You no longer start with a random image.
In the editor, Boty knows what your assistant is called and how it is set up, and talks about it as its younger brother or sister. Ask "what is my assistant about?" and it answers with your data.
If your page has an assistant connected, the search box of the catalog and blog sections now has a robot icon so your visitors can ask the assistant to run the search for them.
At the bottom right of your assistant's editor you will now find Boty. Tell it what you want to change, for example "I want to change the greeting" or "I want to change the product Blue shirt", and it takes you straight there: it opens the window, the tab and leaves the cursor on the highlighted field. You review and save; Boty does not change anything for you.
When you create an assistant, Boty guides you step by step: use case, your information, products or services, the personality (picture, name and greeting, one by one) and your advisor's WhatsApp. When you finish you can activate a 7-day free trial of the paid features, for each assistant separately. If you have your assistant embedded in an external site and it has the Smart Sales extension, that site's buy button can now start the order with the assistant.
Your assistant's products now have everything you need to sell: discounted price, unit of measure, stock and bulk upload with Excel.
