If your page has an assistant connected with the Smart Sales extension, each product's buy button now starts the order with the assistant, on your own page.

With the new Smart Sales extension, your Smart Assistant stops just answering: it builds the order with your customer, gives them your payment details, reads the transfer receipt and lets you know. All you have left is to confirm the money arrived and ship.

The Decision Tree gets two new capabilities: a node that uses AI to fill in data or reply on its own, and conditions that make the tree follow one branch or another based on what it already knows about the visitor.

Running out of tokens stops your assistant and your AI tools right when you need them most. You can now ask Hola Tienda to alert you when your tokens are running low and, if you want, to buy the same package for you automatically.

If you have the Decision Tree extension active and your assistant is connected to your own WhatsApp Business, the guided flow you designed now runs there too — not just in your website's chat.

If your business has several areas or specialties, you can now create a Team instead of a single assistant — so each topic gets answered by the right specialist, without your customer having to figure out who to write to.

You can now connect your assistant's WhatsApp number from the panel and try it for 24 hours, without asking anyone for help.

When a customer messages your Smart Assistant over WhatsApp and an advisor from your team joins the conversation from your panel, their reply now reaches your customer's real WhatsApp — in text and in voice too.

If you clear the text of a "Buy Now" or "See More" button, it no longer shows a generic text you never asked for — now it's clear, at a glance, that there's nothing visible there yet.

When you join a conversation to handle it yourself, you now see how much time you have left before the AI takes back over due to inactivity — and it turns red right before it happens.
