Transfer your website's or Assistant's ownership to another account

Sold your business, or want someone else to become the owner of your page or your assistant? You can now transfer ownership entirely, without losing the content or starting over.

How it works​

From the Share modal on your page or your assistant, you'll find a Transfer tab (only visible to you, as owner). Enter the email of the account you want to transfer it to — it must already be an existing Hola Tienda account.

The other person gets an email to accept or decline. While they haven't responded, you remain the owner and can keep editing normally — the transfer stays pending for up to 7 days, or until you cancel it yourself.

Once accepted, there's no going back​

Once accepted, the other person immediately becomes the sole owner, with full access, and you lose yours. If you had editors or advisors invited, they keep their access under the new owner.
