Your assistant can now take orders and check payments

With the new Smart Sales extension, your Smart Assistant stops just answering: it builds the order with your customer, gives them your payment details, reads the transfer receipt and lets you know. All you have left is to confirm the money arrived and ship.

What does it do?​

  • Takes the order by chatting: the customer can give their details one by one or all together. The system calculates prices, discounts, shipping and total, never the AI.
  • Gives your payment details, with your QR if you uploaded one.
  • Reads the receipt the customer sends through the chat or WhatsApp and verifies it with rules: amount, entity, reference, date and currency. If something does not add up, it does not approve it by itself.
  • Lets you know when the order is paid and leaves it ready in the Orders tab of Opportunities and Sales.

Where it is managed​

A new Smart Sales button appears in your assistant's bar, with a counter of the orders to handle. Its window has two tabs: Products (your catalog, moved from Knowledge base) and AI Store (order, payment and shipping).

Price and extension changes​

  • Smart Sales: $80,000 COP/month (~$30 USD). It includes Opportunities.
  • Opportunities stays at $17,000 COP/month (~$6 USD), only for capturing business opportunities.
  • Sales do not require premium tokens: they also work with free tokens.

Reading a receipt does not prove the money arrived: the final confirmation is yours. All the detail is in Orders and sales.
