You can now have your own AI Assistant on your page

Until now, your visitors could only reach you through the WhatsApp button on your page. Today we're adding a new option: your own Smart Assistant, chatting with them for you — by text and by voice — using your business's real information.

What does your Smart Assistant do?

Once you activate it, it replaces the floating WhatsApp button on your public site. Your visitors ask it whatever they need — about your business, your products, your articles, any section of your page — and it answers with real information, never made up. If someone asks to speak with a person, or asks something your assistant doesn't know, it invites them to contact you directly by WhatsApp or email.

Personalize it your way

Give it a name, greeting, avatar (generated or your own), biography, conditional links, and one of 6 different voices for spoken replies. You can even choose between the default visual style or one inspired by WhatsApp.

Watch it in action, or step in yourself

You can follow your visitors' conversations with your assistant live from My Account → Customer Chats, and write to them directly at any time if you want to take over a specific conversation.

How much does it cost to use?

It's activated with the Web Hosting extension. Using your assistant consumes tokens from your balance (unlike Boty's advisory chat, which stays free) — we explain the full detail in Your Smart Assistant and in AI Tokens.
