Extensions
Extensions are optional upgrades you add for a monthly fee, either to a specific Website or to a specific AI Assistant in your account. Each extension is contracted individually — if you have several pages or several assistants, activating an extension on one of them doesn't activate it on the others.
How do I activate an extension?
Click Extensions 🧩 (top right of your page's editor, or in your assistant's admin bar), pick the extension you want, choose the number of months, and complete payment — see My account. There are no refunds after paying for an extension or a domain; if you don't need it later, simply don't renew it.
Extensions for your website
| Extension | What it does | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Web Hosting | Keep your page active for as long as you want, with no day limit — see the trial periods. | $17,000 COP/month (~$6 USD) |
| Custom Domain | Use your own domain (e.g. mybusiness.com) instead of Hola Tienda's generic address — see My account. | Varies by the domain you choose |
| Custom Theme | Add your own colors and visual styles to your site, beyond the 15 built-in themes. | $5,000 COP/month (~$2 USD) |
| Website | Create multiple pages within the same site (for example, detailed views for articles and products) — set up from Settings → Pages in the editor. Includes Web Hosting. | $30,000 COP/month (~$10 USD) |
Extensions for your AI assistant
| Extension | What it does | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Opportunities | Turns on capturing business opportunities from your assistant's conversations: define document types, statuses, tags and custom fields, invite an advisor to manage them, and request files from your visitors — see AI Assistant. | $17,000 COP/month (~$6 USD) |
| Smart Sales | Your assistant builds orders, reads payment receipts and manages your sales through chat and WhatsApp. It includes the assistant's products with its store settings tab, the Orders tab and the guided purchase from your web page. It includes Opportunities at no extra cost and also works with free tokens (see Orders and sales). | $80,000 COP/month (~$30 USD) |
| Decision Tree | Design a flow of questions and options your visitors tap through, guiding them down a controlled path before the generative AI replies freely — great for qualifying visitors, routing them to the right person, or capturing specific data without relying on the AI to "guess" what to ask. Includes Opportunities — see AI Assistant. | $80,000 COP/month (~$30 USD) |
