Glossary

The Hola Tienda vocabulary, explained in a few words. If you are looking for something that is not here, check the frequently asked questions.

Boty​

The Hola Tienda artificial intelligence assistant. It creates your page by talking with you and, inside the editor, guides you and takes you to the exact setting you want to change. See Boty in the assistant editor.

Assistant​

Your own AI chatbot, which talks with your customers by text or voice using the real information of your business. It can live on its own, with its own link and QR, or inside a web page. See Smart Assistant.

Assistant team​

Several assistants that share the questions of your visitors by topic. The visitor only sees one continuous conversation.

Website​

The site Boty generates for your business, with sections and a visual theme you can edit. See Creating your page and The editor.

Extension​

A paid feature you activate only when you need it, like Web Hosting, Custom Domain, Smart Sales or Opportunities. See Extensions.

Token​

AI unit spent when you generate or regenerate an image. Generating text with AI is free and unlimited. If you are registered you get free tokens every day, and you can buy premium tokens. See AI tokens.

Opportunity​

A potential customer your assistant captures from a conversation, with the data you defined. It is managed in Opportunities and Sales, with the Opportunities extension.

Opportunities and Sales​

The view you enter from the My account icon (top right). There you see and take part in your customers' conversations with the assistant; with the extensions active you also see your customer base, orders and payment approval.

Smart Sales​

Extension with which your assistant builds orders, reads payment receipts and manages your sales through chat and WhatsApp. See Orders and sales.

Decision tree​

Extension to design a guided flow of questions and options that your visitors go through by tapping buttons, before the AI answers freely.

Channel​

Where your customers talk to your assistant: the public link or QR, your website, WhatsApp Business, or the human advisor integration. Messenger and Instagram will be available soon.

Consumption and Subscriptions​

The My account view where you follow your token consumption and your subscriptions.

Web Hosting​

Extension that keeps your page active for as long as you want. If you do not renew it, your page is deactivated, but you do not lose your account.

Custom domain​

Your own address (for example mybusiness.com) instead of the generic Hola Tienda address. See My account.

Directory​

The Hola Tienda listing where your business can appear so new customers find it. See The directory.

Partner​

Someone who recommends Hola Tienda with their link and earns commissions for the customers who register. See Partners program.
