My account

Everything related to your account, your pages, and your payments is managed from My Account πŸ‘€, top right of the editor.

What you'll find there​

  • My pages: every website linked to your account.
  • Shared with me: pages other people shared with you so you can edit them together.
  • Create new page: starts the process to generate another page with Boty β€” see Creating your page with Boty.
  • Analytics: number of visits, number of contacts received (via WhatsApp or email), and each page's conversion rate.
  • Customer Chats: if you have a Smart Assistant active, watch your visitors' conversations with it live here, and step in to write to them directly.
  • Consumption and billing: your available tokens, how to top them up, your day-by-day AI Usage if you have a Smart Assistant active, and how long your active extensions are contracted for.
  • Payment history: view and download a PDF receipt for every payment made.
  • My profile: your personal details.

Sharing your page​

Your main tool for spreading the word about your page is the Share button, at the top right of the editor β€” it lets you send it via WhatsApp, email, or social media in one click. Right next to it you'll find the button to generate a QR code π–£―, perfect for printing on flyers or displaying at your physical store.

:::tip Update your QR code If you change your page's slug or connect your own domain, your address changes β€” remember to generate a new QR code so it still leads to the right place. :::

Share your page so someone else can edit it with you​

Besides sharing the public link, you can invite someone else to edit your page together with you β€” handy if you work with a partner, a family member, or someone on your team.

  • From the editor, in the panel that appears at the middle-right of the screen, tap the people icon πŸ‘₯ (only visible to you, as the page's owner).
  • Enter the email of the person to invite and save β€” they'll get an email with a link to accept (or decline) the invitation.
  • Once they accept, that person can edit your page's content just like you: text, images, sections, WhatsApp, visual theme, and their own AI tokens.
  • What a guest can't do: change the slug or connect a custom domain, view or manage billing information, activate extensions, or invite someone else β€” those actions stay yours alone as the page's owner.
  • You can revoke a guest's access at any time from that same panel.

The invited person finds the page in their own account, under Shared with me β€” there they also see each invitation's status (pending, active, or declined) and can accept a pending invitation directly from that card.

:::tip Watch out for simultaneous edits If two people edit the same page at the same time, Hola Tienda warns you with a message if it detects someone else made the last change β€” so you don't miss what the other person already wrote before you keep editing or publish. :::

Custom domain​

You can buy your own domain (for example www.yourbusiness.com) to give your page a more professional presence, right from the platform with the 🌐 icon (top right of the editor).

  • Domains are contracted for a minimum of 1 year, with discounts if you contract for 2 or 5 years.
  • Once purchased, the connection happens automatically, but the technical propagation process can take up to 48 hours β€” we'll let you know as soon as it's ready. In the meantime, your page stays available at www.holatienda.com/your-slug.
  • If you already have a domain purchased elsewhere, email us at hola@holatienda.com with the subject "External domain connection," including the domain and your page's URL.
  • If you want to transfer a domain purchased with us to another provider, email us with the subject "Domain transfer."

Page and account validity​

  • You can access your page any time by logging in at www.holatienda.com with Google, Facebook, or your WhatsApp number (no email required) β€” just confirm a one-time code sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • You get one month of free trial. Before it ends, you can activate the Web Hosting extension to keep your page active indefinitely β€” if you subscribe before the free month is over, you don't lose the remaining days.
  • When your expiration date is close, you'll see a notice (visible only to you) with quick access to payment.
  • Your pages are never deleted for expiring β€” they're simply deactivated until you renew. Your account can't be deleted either: if you decide to stop using the service, just leave it inactive.

Tokens and extensions​

  • Tokens are the credits the AI uses to generate images (text is free and unlimited) β€” see AI Tokens.
  • Extensions expand what a specific page can do (custom domain, more pages, custom theme, and more) β€” see Extensions. They're activated from the Extensions 🧩 icon in the editor, by choosing the number of months and completing payment.

About payments​

Payments are processed securely through DLocal (with every local payment method available in the countries it covers) and Wompi (Colombia, with every local payment method, and any other country DLocal doesn't cover, with credit/debit card). We never store your card details. Keep in mind approval depends on your bank, so sometimes a payment takes a little while to show up.

When paying for an extension, you can check "use this method for future payments" to save it and enable automatic renewal β€” so your page never goes offline just because you forgot to renew it. It's entirely optional. There's no separate "payment methods" section β€” everything is managed from the same window where you pay: open AI Tokens ✨ or Extensions 🧩 (top right of the editor, on any of your pages) to view your saved methods and mark which one is your primary (⭐).

If you logged in with your WhatsApp number, you'll see the option to pay with Nequi using that same number in one click. And if the method you just added ends up being the only one available, the purchase happens right away, with no extra confirmation step.

If you no longer want a saved method used for automatic renewal, delete it from there β€” there's no separate button to "disable" renewal, deleting the method is how you stop it. If you later want to pay with that same card or another method again, you can do so without checking "use this method for future payments" again.

If you'd rather make a single payment without saving a method, the "Other payment methods for your country" option takes you to DLocal's screen with every local payment method available for your country.
