Can I add a payment gateway or a traditional shopping cart?​

We do not offer a traditional cart or payment gateway. Instead, your Smart Assistant with the Smart Sales extension can take the order, calculate shipping, give your payment details, read the transfer receipt and keep track of each order, through your page chat and on WhatsApp. See Orders and sales.

Can my assistant sell for me?​

Yes. With the Smart Sales extension it builds the order with your customer from your catalog of assistant products. All you have left is to confirm the money arrived and ship.

Does Hola Tienda process the payment?​

No. Your customer pays to your business account or QR. The assistant reads the receipt and checks that it is consistent with the order, but it does not check your bank: the final confirmation of the payment is yours.

What if I do not have the Smart Sales extension?​

An assistant connected to your page still explains your products and their prices, but only in a consultative way: it does not build orders or offer to add them. The buy button of your page keeps taking people to your WhatsApp or your email.

Can I require my customers to register to see my catalog?​

We design your page to be ultra-fast and direct: your customers see your catalog and contact you right away, without annoying registration steps that might make them give up.

Can I modify my page's code or upload an external template?​

Hola Tienda already optimizes your design, colors, and loading speed automatically, so your page is top-tier without you touching a single line of code — see Quality and technical trust.

Can I add an advanced form, a database, or an interactive map?​

You can use the Button CTA section to link, in a very simple way, to any external tool you already use, like a Google Form or Google Maps — see Sections and themes. The Location section also lets you show one or several points on a map directly.

Can I download a backup of my page?​

No need to worry about that — our technical team runs automatic, continuous internal backups, so your information is always protected.

Can I create a completely different page from scratch?​

Of course! Go to My Account 👤 → Create New Page to start an additional page with Boty — see Creating your page with Boty.

What analytics tools can I use?​

You can connect Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel from Settings ⚙️ → Analytics, and see your visits and contacts from My Account → Analytics — see Your page editor and My account.

Does Hola Tienda guarantee I'll get sales or customers?​

No, and we'd rather be upfront about that from the start: we don't promise sales or guaranteed commercial results. What we do guarantee is that your page has all the technology, design, and promotion tools it needs so that, combined with your effort to improve and promote it, you can reach your traffic and contact goals — see Growing your traffic.

What happens if my page expires and I don't renew?​

Your page isn't deleted — it's simply deactivated until you activate the Web Hosting extension. You can't lose your account either: if you decide to stop using the service, just leave it inactive — see How Hola Tienda works and My account.

My data and privacy​

  • We never store your card details: all payments are processed securely through Wompi and DLocal.
  • We use analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to understand overall platform usage and improve it; you can disable them through your Google/Meta ad settings or with browser blocking extensions.
  • You can access, update, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by writing to hola@holatienda.com.
