Partners program
If you recommend Hola Tienda, you earn a commission on the token and extension purchases made by the customers who sign up with your link.
Your partner link
In My account → My commissions, the Link tab shows your partner link and a Share button: it opens the window to copy the link, share it on social networks and view or download its QR code.
Whoever enters through your link lands on the home page and, when they sign up, is associated with you, whether they used the guided creation or sign in directly. The link works from the moment you are a candidate, even if you have not sent the payment requirements yet.
The tabs
- Link: your link and how it works.
- Requirements: the documents to get paid and your withholding tax.
- Network: the customers who signed up with your link (sign-up, name, email and commissions generated). Tap the name for the detail: phone, address, payments made and commissions.
- Commissions: charts of the year and the month, the total to collect, in payment and paid, the commissions table and the payment request.
- History: your payment requests and account movements.
If any document is missing, a red box under the title warns you that the commissions you receive will be canceled until all are approved, with a button to go and send them.
Requirements to get paid
Send each document in its Requirements tab, up to 3 MB:

Your documents are stored encrypted and are not exposed on the internet: only you and the administrator see them. Each document is reviewed separately (it shows In review, Approved or Rejected, with the reason). When all are approved you become an approved partner automatically.
In the same tab you choose your withholding tax, from 0 ("Does not apply") to 20 % in steps of 0.5. That value is loaded into your payment request and preselected when the administrator pays you.
How the commission is earned
- Every approved purchase of tokens or of an extension (renewals included) by a referred customer generates a commission.
- Purchases paid with credit balance generate no commission and are not shown.
- You receive an email when a referral signs up and when they pay: with the customer, what they bought or renewed, how much they paid and the commission it earns you.
- Commission states: To collect, Requested, Paid and Canceled. On canceled ones, an info icon explains why; on paid ones, a download icon gets the payment receipt.
Requesting payment
- When your commissions to collect reach the minimum (by default $ 10,000) and your documents are approved, the request button is enabled.
- Download the payment request template (cuenta de cobro): it already carries your data, the date, the amount, the withholding and the total. Review it, sign it and upload it as PDF.
- The administrator reviews it and pays you, discounting the withholding, and uploads the receipt. If rejected, you get the reason and your commissions go back to To collect.
Privacy
Customers who sign up with a referral link are associated with their partner, who sees their name, email, phone, address and city, and what they generate in commissions. It is explained in clause 11 of the privacy policy.
